box question
i seen an add for a box....didnt say what year it came off all i kno is its between 73-79....its got one of the tool box things on the pass side of it....maybe its from a 77? i seen alot of 77s with them never any other year. did they make from them other years? and did they come in 6 and 8 foot boxes? help please

Does the left quarter panel have fuel doors (1977/79) or exposed gas caps (1973/76)?
The tool compartment (box) was an option on all 1973/79 F100/350 Long Bed Styleside pickups, except for....
1973/76 F350 Regular Cab Super Camper & Trailer Specials / 1977/79 F350 Regular Cab Camper & Trailer Specials (1973/79: all with a 140" wheelbase) have a large door on the right quarter panel.
Behind that door is the spare tire.
