Here we go again!

Ive got another fuel problem! I have a fuel leak at injector #3, I have replaced the return line cap and o-rings and the leak has only gotten worse. I think it is the connecting head, it must be cracked, its squirting out the top now and missing.

I just needed to rant about this, I dont know how stuff like this happens.

Tomorrow i will go to the salvage yard and try to find one. What are the chances that the one i get will be cracked to? What would a good price be for a used injector line?

Thanks alot guys!

New each cost about $40 on ebay I see a full used set $35 sometimes. Yes normally when the leak is above the cap it is the line nut cracked or the line not seated correctly. Ensure it is aligned right before tightening.....finger tight first then a wrench, the torque is 22 ftlbs.

Are the clamps that hold the lines together necessary?

Very! Without them the lines will vibrate and crack.

that makes sense, well, that side is missing the clamp.
