chugging at low rpm

chugging at low rpm

I have noticed at low speed and rpm (1500) that my expy chuggs. At highway speeds or rpm's above 2k nothing, smooth. I don't have a check engine light, and was wondering if might be that pesky #4 coil?

Well we need some more info, Year, engine, and mileage. I would guess it's time to change those darn sparkplugs!!

Hi again. Well it is a 99 expy 4x4 with 45K miles and a 5.4 engine.

Well, considering the low mileage it's probably something to do with the drive line. Bad tranny, bad tourque converter (most likely). It's definetly not the coil. If it's the coil it would have symptoms no matter what the rpm was!!!
