Sound coming from intake?
When I get on it usually going up a grade or under load, there is sometimes a noise (for lack of better term) coming from the intake. It sounds like the turbo is trying to suck air but can't. Hard to discribe the sound but it's like saying a bunch of "F"'s quickly.
Any ideas?

That is what is refered to as surge more than likely. The partial throttle high load conditions usually cause it. There is more air coming in than can be effectively used by the turbo and it backs up in the intake tube. I have heard it described as a chuffa chuffa sound. A wicked wheel will cure at least 90% of it. Surge is very bad for the turbo bearings, so for now, make the tranny downshift when you hear it.
