32 Mpa = a 4640 Psi mix actually..... but no generally they won't send out old concrete, leftovers are reclaimed at the plant and they always fresh batch around these parts, but by the time we got over 10 meters the last half was around 4 hours old, why the contractor ordered the loads 1/2 hour apart is beyond me, but I would never naturally accept a load to the pump that was over 3 hours the mud is getting ready to take off like a rocket at that point, I jammed it down the lines and got lucky.
