What's it worth?
Im trying to get a ballpark figure for what a truck with a blown engine might be worth. Its a 1979 F250 4x4 with a new tranny, and a brand new Edelbrock 650 carb and manifold. After doing these latest upgrades my engine blows today. Looking at a crate 460 for $2400. But a truck this old always seems to have problems even if you put a new engine in. Would you guys put the new engine in or try and part the truck out? Kind of stupid post, but I have to make my decision tonight.

If you like the truck fix it, if your not sure sell it hopefully to someone who will fix it and put it back on the road. I would rather drive my 75 then my 2008 just because it really feels like a TRUCK.
