noise or hum from somewhere

Have a 06 exp. at 65 and up have a noise/hum from somewhere. had a mechanic say it was front hubs. replaced hubs still there. has only 68000 on truck. any ideas? can run truck at 2000-3500 rpm while in park and no noise so i think it is a rolling issue. possible rear end bearing or drive shaft. if anyone can help it would be great. dont want to keep spending money for things not broke. thanks

My first thought would be a tire is making the humming noise.

tires have been replaced since it started this. wish it would have been that easy. i did find in here about the rear end causing this noise. some changed the lube and added friction modified additive and it helped. i will try this and see what happens. if anyone has any other ideas shoot them my way. thanks

yeah check the grease in your driveshaft U-joints and slip yoke. They "hum" when the grease starts to wear out, and chirp when it is gone completely.
