Help shift timing

i got in an accident repaired truck shift timing is off how do i correct it ?

any way you can explain the shift timing? is it shifting at the wrong time? is the prndl indicator off? when ya put it in d is it in a different gear?

You're going to have to tell us a LOT more about the problem you're having if you want any useful advice. Also, the E4OD wasn't available in the F-series until 1990.
