brake valve
there is a block in the frame where the brake lines feed into. what is it called and can it be adjusted at all i noticed there is a bleed valve on it. im having trouble with my brakes they are very soft after bleeding several times and adjusting shoes they are still soft whats going on?

I believe thats the rabs valve, bleed that little bugger, when I was having brake problems thats where the air was getting trapped and preventing fluid from reaching the back brakes.
Once bled, I couldnt believe the difference in stopping as well as pedal stiffness
