Clunk when turning

Clunk when turning
I did a sharp u turn and heard a loud clunking coming from the drivers side front wheel area. I took it in to Ford after reading some posts on here thinking it may be the sway bar bushings and what not. The dealer told me they greased something to do with the steering arm or box but either way the clunk is gone and they said the bushings are fine so i guess we'll see..
