The D9T tells me it's for a '79 truck engine (that's the first three on my '79 460 truck block), are you sure on the 180T and isn't 176T count? If it has 176T count, then it could be for the 351M/400 or the 460. Both of these would be externally balanced in this year and would only work with a 351M/400 or a '79 or later 460 with the 3Y crank and not the earlier internal balanced 429/460's. Sorry, that's about all I can tell you.
I counted that flywheel 3 times so I'm sure it's 180T. Ford dealer can't tell me anything about it. Says the number on it is an Engineering number and not a part number. It doesn't have any weights on it but it is drilled in the back in about 6 places.
