I'm considering the Warn Hidden Winch Mounting System for my 2005 F350 4X4 but cannot find any detailed pics on Warn's website or even on Google images. Do any of you have this setup and can you post pics so that I can make a educated decision? This is the only pic that I found...
Primarily I'm looking for side and top angles. Also, with the grille & bumper design changes on the 2005-2007 trucks, I'd like to see that specific hidden winch mount system. My truck has an OEM plastic cover on top of the bumper that may or may not be replaced by the Warn "skirt", which is of particular interest.
Our county has three on 2005-6 trucks. If I get by one in the near future, I'll snap a couple of pictures with my cell phone. The top was different because you have to access the drum, clutch and remote plug.
I doubt the mounting patterns are exactly the same across brands. However warn has a line that is made in mexico. It's still a warn, but the parts and assy aren't exactly to the US spec's. I can't remember which is current but they were sold under the Tabor and Magnum names and will bolt right to any warn pattern, but the superduty mounts will only accept 12k+ winches.

Actually, it will accept the 16,500 (16.5ti) winch as well...
