Setting the timing 10''
normally set at on my pulley there are numbers from 0 to 10 btc
because i do not get full power when i accelerate it does not move as fast
because i recently took out the distributor out put in new upper and lower
gaskets i had no choice but i set it at btc be fore i removed distributor
i think i made a mistake somewhere is there any right diagrams to look at on how to do it for my 92 van 302 5.0 e-150
Pull the spout plug and point the timing light at the crank pulley.
Rotate the distributor until the pointer indicates 10 deg BTDC or maybe a little more.
Tighten the distributor bolt and check that it hasn't moved.
Reinstall the spout plug.
