Good day folks, A comrade has a 2004 F150 stupercrew with a major owie.
He has broken exhaust studs on the passenger front exhaust port,(#1).
They are hidden behind the AC pump & strut tower. They are also broken below the head surface, so the weld a washer/nut trick will not work.
Please help.

 

Yikes, doesn't sound like it's going to be an easy fix without either raising the motor up or removing the head.
