F68 4 speed

Hi All, anybody have a good link or line on parts for a rebuild on my 1948 F68 4 speed transmission. Its Canadian Ford tranny as far as I can tell.

The parts book shows it to be a spur gear 4TA p/n A8C 7001-B, now to find a rebuild kit, bearings and gaskets? Someone been down this road before??

you can get the gaskets from macs antique auto parts... are your bearings that bad you could probabbly leave them but im pretty sure macs has them also

Thanks, tranny has sat around dry -no oil- for 30 years, I did get it all apart- not pretty, but by the time I get done sandblsting parts it will live for the most part, as long as I'm not working it hard- which I don't plan on doing-LOL.

After sandblasting the old gears, I'm in the market for a set of good used gears/transmission. Warner T9, 4TB spur gear 4 speed. Anyone have one around willing to part out to save on shipping, PM me. Thanks, Kevin
