un-locking transmissions
Me and a few freinds found a 50+ year old ford that we decided to "restore"(only good enough to make it run), but the transmission is locked up. Anyone know anything we should try to un-lock the transmission?

un-locking transmissions
If it is a 3-spd, it could be in rev and a forward gear. you didnt mention any details about the "find".

un-locking transmissions
It's a 4-spd, and apparently the all the internal gers are locked up, any ideas, or should the transmission be abandoned?

Think I'd open 'er up and see what is going on in there. Then make your decision.
