need help

I was driving My 2002 F-150 4.2V6 home last week in one of wicked rain storms on the interstate about 70. and the rain was sideways when i suddenly felt a miss and a misfire code for cylinder 3 came up. This weekend I changed the coil pack and all 6 plugs and wires. I still have a miss (seems worse) and the code for misfire under 1000 rev and for cylinder 4 and 5 came up. No mechanical noise and compression is fine. Any ideas?

Is your 4.2 the one with the plastic intake manifold. They call it the 12 port intake.
It has molded runners that cross side to side?

First I would clean the MAF senson with some spray cleaner from autozone, just a shot in the dark, maybe sucked in some H2o. Bad news is those intakes leak like hell for no reason except to be spiteful. Felpro had special gaskets and rubber seals for the intake. Hope its something else 'cause its a nasty job to fix.
