2006 Ford Expedition____________on friday the check engine light came on. So we took it to have it checked on a diagnostic machine. Nothing was wrong and the mechanic reset it.

Ok so it ran fine friday and saturday and went to start it up today and it would start but then it would stop running before we put it in drive.

Any feedback is appreciated.

 

Have you figured out the problem?

 

Check the Idle Air Control (IAC) valve.
