Mine doesn't have any either. How hard was it to add? I had a quick look at one at the wreckers and it looks like the hardest part would be installing the mounts that go under the coil springs.
I posted about this for my 81 somewhere as I did it - a fellow poster had year correct mounts for me he sold me, all F100-F150 80-96 fronts are the same and the rear also but the rear links differ 4wd/2wd.
It turns out, the installed height for all springs is the same, and either spacers or the 'axle' or both are used to get ride height.
tell me again what year and partics u have? a pic of the front mount is nice.
Its not rocket science to install, but u will need big tools.
