03 4x4 ball joints
Hey gang. I REALLY did look for this thread, but couldn't find it. I know it clogs the forums with repeat questions.....
I am replacing the ball joints on my 03 SD 4x4. There was an excellent thread posted here a while back that included step by step pictures and detailed instructions. Can someone please help me find that thread? I am ordering the parts tomorrow. http://catalog.powerstrokeshop.com/p...tegoryID=84614
Also, I am replacing the front brake pads, shocks and u-joints while it is torn down. I purchased the lifetime Wagner HD pads and they included a bag with the new springs, but also a bunch of shims and tabs. Do I need these extra shims? Obviously I need the springs, but what are the rest of these for?
