high idle
when the whether is cold I cant seem to get my high idle to stay off. when I come to a stop sign push in the clutch it wants to idle at 2500 even after the trucks fully warmed up. although now that its hot outside it does just fine.
It has a 460 with weiand stealth intake and 750 Edelbrock Performer carb any help would be appreciated.

I believe you have the round black integral choke on this carb? If so, loosen the round black housing on the passenger side of the carb, and turn it in the "leaner" direction if it's labeled like that on the side. If you do not which way is leaner, get the engine fully warmed up, then take the aircleaner off, and then turn the black housing till the choke butterfly stands straight up.
