Xmission slips
i have a 1986 F250 4x4 with a c6.
Problem: The transmission slips when shifting from 2nd to 3rd. Originally the I was instructed to check the modulator valve, I did and it was leaking. I replaced the valve but it didn't correct the slippage problem.
Is there any additional checks that I can make to find the problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
