AE problem/truck problem
my ae won't connect to my boss's truck which is a 97 f250 powerstroke probably doesn't have keyed power to the obd plug? it works fine on my truck
the truck (same one) when started runs rough for about 2 minutes and will smooth out if some throttle is applied or after the 2-5 minutes
the truck has had injectors two years ago, has about 120,000 miles on it oil changed every 5,000 miles, needs the oil changed soon but isnt over due, does not have the gray cps
need any thoughts as to the problem, i might not have a chance to look at until next week b/c i'm going out of town thursday for the holiday weekend and have a few things to get done tomorrow before i leave so updates my not come right away

AE is supposed to work on the OBS too. Is there power to the plug? Any check engine light? Any leaks in the valley? Fuel filter good? Fuel pressure good? The OBS has a schrader valve to check fuel pressure, so it's easier on them than our trucks.

Check the fuse for the cigarette lighter, they share the same fuse on the SD.

i'll check the fuse, he had someone else scan it w/ a snap-on scanner and said it was # 8 cylinder
i won't know anything else until monday when i get back from vacation
