In order to give you a proper assessment pictures would be helpful. Is what you are selling basically just a pile of parts or is some of it assembled? And if so what part or parts of it are assembled? Is the cab, fenders, bed, etc have any rust issues to contend with? In today's depressed market you may not get what you think it is worth so keep that in mind.
It appears you have an extensively modified, unassembled truck. The price of anything is what the market will bear, but you have limited the market to a buyer with the means to transport the non-running vehicle/parts and the ability to assemble/complete the work based on a framework that you created.

The equation is not simply adding up your estimated value of the parts and adding a cost for your time to date. Hopefully, you live in a large enough metro area that may draw interest and where supplemental automotive/fabrication support can be had.

Be prepared to take a loss. People with cash in a depressed market are looking for bargains, especially when it comes to non-essentials.
and where are you in Canada? that will affect movement costs.

The truck is in a fairly large market area, Ontario, Canada. This is where our better Western Canadian trucks usually end up in. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/member.php?u=40038
If you do decide to sell remember to use the FTE classifieds and please do not list it for sale in this forum.
