On my '88 F250 7.3, I put all new return lines, caps, and o-rings on. They were good for a few days. And now my front pass. side injector is leaking so bad it will barely run. I switched o rings again, put a washer under nut, and it still leaks. It barely drips unless you move the cap at all then it leak very rapidly and will kill the engine almost instantly. Any ideas? This thing has left me stranded so many times I am ready to junk the f**king piece of s***. Also, if you rev it up to 3500-3750 it will die after a few seconds of that, or it dies after you let it idle.
Yes I know the cap is on all the way. But the cap seems really loose like it can wiggle back and forth. I guess I will switch the o-rings. None of the other ones seem loose nor do they leak.
Also it is the front injector on the pass. side. What is that spacer between the injection line and the injector?
