Do they come in threes?

Yesterday after mowing the yard, I was using the trimmer when it started vibrating badly, so I shut it off and now it is kaput. Then last night when we get home there is a puddle of water in front of the fridge. It appears there is a leak somewhere in the fridge related to the ice maker/cold water line. What's next?

Shussss! Nothing goin on. Noone talkin bout nothin. Like when we're in Colorado noone says the r word. Cause who ever does is the one blamed fer it. We all see the rai.......eh Colorado Dust storm coming but no one sas the R word. I think folks are skeerd ta say anything in case it spreads. Hope you are in for a streek of good luck. We all have been though those times an don't even want to think bout it. Good thoughts. Good thoughts.

Thanks Jack. I just figured out maybe this included the third element because earlier in the week the phone and internet weren't working and we had to have a new line run to the house. Lucky on that one cuz it was outside, so the responsible party is ***.

Roof, washing machine, or stove.

Phone line doesn't count, that wasn't your problem .

When you are little the scariest noises come from under the bed--- when you are an adult they come from under the car.

I'd kinda hoped I had my list down to just the roof....until wife said last night, oh, yeah, guess what happened today.

Yeah, or the utility room. Between cars and appliances, I think I've had my fill of scary noises and odd smells for a while.

I need to get a bucket of tar for the roof....actually, I need to put a new roof on the trailer, but I don't want to spend that either. Trying to save up to buy a real house.

Of course you guys remember the wreck, so there is one
Then I got the bright idea that I would have the shop fix it while I was in school, therefore I made arrangements to fly out of Manhattan, lined it up so I could drop the van off, and walk to the airport (1/2 mile away) ok, no problem...
Corporate travel changed my flights so now I have to fly out of KCI, and back into KCI, bragging about how much money they saved the company.. so now I have to drive two hours to KCI, and two hours back. there's two...
I then thought, I could still get the van fixed if they just rent me a car to get from Manhattan to KCI, and I would turn it in there, then rent me one for the return trip.. EXCEPT...They won't rent vehicles for me on a weekend which is when I would have to pick it up in order to make it to the airport on time..There's three..
I called my boss to see what he wanted me to do, he said wait till I get back and get it fixed.. he will loan me another van.. so there is 4 more hours round trip to KC to pick it up, 4 more hours round trip to take it back. Four?

Wonder how much of that EFFING money we saved?

I ain't bitter....grrrrr..

Ordered the part to fix the fridge today. After shipping, it will cost $72 and I get to do the labor myself. I guess it is still cheaper than a new one. Shoot, that would have bought a bunch of truck parts.
