identify my 4 speed
I want to change out the 3 speed in my 67 f100 to a 4 speed. Someone gave me this 4 speed tranny came out of another truck. My truck has a mid 70's 351w the 4 speed tranny has this inside the bell housing e2ta-7505-ed cae Canada 82-83. and on the outside it has a tag that says e47a 7003 build code 078971. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

identify my 4 speed
1. Which side of that 4-spd. is the inspection cover on? If it's on the passenger side, it's a New Process NP435; inspection cover driver's side, a Warner Gear (most commonly)T-18 or 19.
2. Aluminum top cover--New Process; flat cast-iron top cover, T-18 or 19.
3. Syncromesh granny low? T-19.
4. Front bolt pattern--8-1/2" x 6-1/4"?
5. Input shaft--6-1/2", 1-1/16" O.D., 10-spline, .875" dia. pilot shaft?
