My info shows that the fuel punp relay gets its voltage from and back to the EEC (computer). What is the voltage from the EEC to power up the fuel pump relay?
The fuel pump relay does not get voltage from the computer. It gets the voltage from the EEC relay, which is 12v, but the relay is not grounded. That's what the computer does, it grounds the coil to fire the relay.
Same with the injectors. All the injectors have a common 12v wire that feeds them from the EEC relay, and to fire the injector, they each have a single wire going back to the computer, and the computer grounds that wire to fire the injector.
