what front end diff do I have ?
on a 1989 f-350 4x4
front and rear axle ratio ,what options were available ?
and having the king pins on the front is it a dana 44 0r 60?

the engine is a 460 fual injected ,transmission ????4spd 4x4 on the floor
how much are these worth as i will be selling them individually

do you know about how mush these go for or worth ,they are still on the truck and work great ,and is there any id tags that would help clarify ,or do I tap on it with a hammer

a solid king pin dana 60 front end runs 1000 dollars without being a rebuilt unit. The dana 50 runs fairly close to scrap metal price. The tapping on it with a hammer is a new one on me not sure what that would get you. Sometimes the dana 44 and dana 60 had the '44' or '60' stamped on the webbing of the pumpkin, but a 44 looks smaller than a 60 and the only solid axle 44 that i know of run on anything close to the 1ton was the 70's 44 HD on a F250s from the factory.

ok got the truck runs very nice 89 460
about the dana ,I still do not know what one I have
the #s on the pumpkin read as follows
dana inside diamond
620079
115-8
rev 0
5 26 77
there are 10 bolts ,so from that ,it is a dana 44 ?
also #s below the pumpkin cover
read 620093H on the bottom
and 105 on the top side
the rear diff has 11 bolts ?

If it's an F-350, then you have a Dana 60. They didn't come any other way. The rear is a sterling 10.25" axle. The front Dana 60 is worth a grand.
