puking issues please help
please help my truck has bin in and out of the shop for 8 months for the same prob!! they have replace the E fan an egr and an oil cooler and still pukes only under a load. they still dont think its a head gasket im losing my mind here!!! i have 48000 miles on it and other than this it runs like a champ

A little more information would be helpful. I can assume it's a diesel, but E-fan usually means electric fan. It takes a heck of an electric fan to pull as much air as the diesel, I'm not saying it's impossible, but a car type fan probably will not cut it. I think Flex-a-Lite has a module they say works for the 7.3L diesel, which will probably work on the 6.0.
Is it just coolant that's overflowing or is it the trans?

Have they checked for exhaust gas in the coolant? Have them do this. I was having the same problem, they replaced the degas cap twice and kept saying that was it. The egr system checked out fine, but still puked. I had them check for exhaust gasses, and wouldn't you know, it's in the shop right now getting new head gaskets. Look in the degas bottle and see if there is any residue, this is a tell tale sign. Looks like they either aren't looking for the right thing or don't want to do it. Do you have any other dealers close by? By the sounds of things, I would consider looking for another shop. Hope you get this sorted out soon.
