newbie needs PM help

Can anyone tell a newbie how to send a PM to a member?

I saw an ad in the swap meet section that said "PM me" but when I click on the "contact member" link it doesn't work.

Not that I know how to find the info, but I THINK you have to have 25 posts before you can do PM’s. Maybe!

25 posts before you can even pick your nose.
post a message to the individual on here "Will Killer Rabbit Please Read" - but don't use killer rabbit cause I just made that up - unless thats really his/her name - wow would that be like psycokinetic?

Oh - the 25 post thing is to make sure that you're not scumbag that will pick on the inmates here.
