Truck runnign bad. HELP!!

It started with a little leak and turned into a bigger leak. Now the truck is barley running. When i pulled the diagnostic code it says injector pressure above or below desired level. I am thinking it is something to do with the HPOP any help on where to start and how to fix would be greatly appreciated!! Thanx

Diesel leak. The valley has got diesel in it. I replaced the o rings on the drain valve but was still leaking. Seemed like it was coming from the bottom of the pump. Was planning on doing the whole oring replacement but this happened

Diesel and HPOP are two different systems. If you have that bad of leak, chances are that not enough fuel or too much air is in there to run. Need to find where the leak is and fix it. It will be around the fuel filter housing or the lines coming in or going out. It still could be at the fuel drain valve. They will crack.

I'd agree with Barry. Truck is probably running bad due to lack of fuel. I wouldn't worry too much about a P1211 code just yet. If you want, you can try unplugging the ICP sensor to see if the idle smooths out any, but you need to fix that fuel leak ASAP.

A P1316 will be set if the wiring plug has come loose inside the valve cover.

Thanks for all the great info. I did some research and i am going to ohm out the 9 pin plug. After reading all the posts i think i am going to just go ahead and pull the valve covers and put the quarter in just so i know it has been done for the future. I will keep you guys up to date and if i have any more problems i will be sure to let you guys know.

While you are in there, be sure to retorque the rocker arm pedastals to 20 foot pounds.
The injector hold downs to 120 inch pounds.
They both have a propensity to loosen up over time.
