Accelerator pedal sticks when closed

My gas pedal sticks when completely closed, then is fine while in use. What do I have to lube to make is smooth from the start?

Try lubricating the cable starting at the throttle body. Also look at the cable at the throttle body to see if part of it has become bad enough for the plastic pieces to fall apart inside the spring. If so then you may just want to find another accelerator cable from another truck as yours may be misaligning and sticking at the fully closed postion.
