a different question (maybe)

I was wondering what I could do to quite the cab of my truck. I have stock exhaust, but could not tell you what it sounds like because of all the road/engine noise.

There is a guy around that install some padding to keep noise out. I dont remember who it was or what he used. SO I guess I am not that much help.
