lol this just happened to me and i mean just happend. and no all you need to do is replace the hose and clamp it down tight and fill the resivor back up start turn the wheel all the way both ways and go back and check the fluid level add if need be keep doing this till the level doesn't go down. just make sure you tightened the hose clamps good cause it'll blow off.
