ok 2nd question for my new to me 78 f100 . it has the 351 and is 2wd
after it is driven for a while and your shut it off and try and start it it sounds like there is some hesitation or resistance to start .. but does start . It just doesn't have that sound of instant connection/power to teh starter . when its a cold start starts perfect .
my first thought was to replace teh fender mounted starter solenoid or maybe the starter cable
but being new to the trucks I figured i'd ask you guys thinking there might be a f100 qwerk that I might not know about
