Mirror Swap Questions
Hey all - My 2008 SD came with the dorky paddle mirrors, and I bought new 2008 tow style mirrors to replace them. Couple of questions - my OE are simple power mirrors, and the new ones are power/heat/turn signal. How can I hook up the heat/turn signal functions? I don't care about the telescoping or folding action, just the basics. Also what is the best way to remove the door panels - I see 2 screws on the bottom and a cosmetic cover under the armrest which I presume has more screws - are there any plastic rivets or other breakable pieces of crap I'll have to replace if I pry the panel off? Any help is greatly appreciated!

O.k., I did it - no big deal. Mirrors are on and look MUCH better. Door panels came off easy, wire harnesses already set up for the turn signal function...... but no way of knowing which wire/relay to tap into for mirror heat. Does anyone know how I can make this happen? I don't have any upfitter switches, so what/where is best place to put one?
