Motor is a 351w bored 30 over rv cam edelbrock 351w performer intake. I have a 600cfm carter i was trying to find a 750 holley to put on it and it has a 4 speed. Ok the reason i'm posting is because there is a mud bog on the 4th of july. Last but not least i have 1 set of 35-12.50.16.5's bfg muds and a set of 36-12.5-16.5's goodyear military OZ tires which set to use ??? any help suggestings tips please let me knowMAYBE NOS??
by the way i have access to race fuel all sunoco prouducts and turbo blue
i think the engine is fine. It would just need more gear to move those big tires, but that would be dependent on what ratios are in the 4 speed trans, which i dont know. I wouldnt recommend using nos unless youve got some really good pistons. nos will wipe out cast pistons in no time.
With nothing more than a cam and intake the motor doesn't need 750cfm of carburation, that'll just make it more bog prone. You really don't have enough gearing either but I guess you're gonna run what you brung.. so have some fun.
