I think you can use the front springs with some modifications to the shackles but I would say the rear springs are not an option,

I dont know for sure but, beings the excusion is built on the superduty frame and suspension I think it would work. There are a number of guys on one of my other forums who have been swapping the rear leaf stacks from SD's to the OBS for ride comfort. Theyve been needing to adjust the shackles and a tleast one had some problems with the perches. But with that in mind this hould essentially be the same thing, The only real problem I definatly see is in the steering components unless youve switched to a D60 front the TTB steering components and pivot brackets in the lift kit either wouldnt be there or theyd be wrong, since the excusion would have a solid front axle and youre 250 probably still has the TTB. The blocks if it has them may or may not be a the right angle and its also a matter of its its new leafs or add a leafs and blocks, or just blocks for the rear. These are all things to take into account before trying this.

The front springs won't work unless you relocate your spring hangers as the EX/SD front springs are longer by 4-5 inches. The rear block might work. You should not double stack blocks so you could remove your 2 inch stock block and install the EX block with new u-bolts if it gets you the lift you are looking for.
