Don't know what kit you may be referring to but offhand I'd say yes. The steering boxes are the same and the frame dimensions are similar so why not?

Sure will. The only differences between the front ends of the F-100 and the F-250 are the springs, hubs, brakes, and wheels. The frame, axle, spindles, steering, and steering gear are the same.

Hard to tell about the parts. Not enough description and no pictures. It doesn't mention the pump or steering box.

Not enough information to make an educated guess at.
