need help

I am trying to remove the distributor from my 79 F100. It has a 351M engine. It is stuck and will not move. I am trying to save it so it can be reused. Anybody got any suggestions for me?

Remove the hold down clamp and soak the base of the distributor with some PB Blaster, let the engine get hot so it soaks in, just keep repeating until it frees itself, it eventually will.
