Bronco trail rig ideas
Fellas,
I have a 79 bronco and a 79 F150 sitting around that I would like to build into a lightweight, high revving, trail/mud rig someday. I'm thinking maybe some (cut?)35" boggers. Keep the hp 44/9" probably weld both, with 4.88 gears. I have an early 400 that seems to move my crewcab on 44s well enough. So the drivetrain would be 400/C6/205/hp44/9"
I still have the crewcab on 44s(will be getting a 460) for bogging but I like the idea of something small and light as possible to speed around in. I would build a buggy but the tube/heims/four link thing may be a bit optimistic for me right now.
