Is it worth the time to put it on?

What application? Flex pipes are mostly used on FWD cars because the torque of the motor would otherwise break the manifolds or pipe or something. If you put a flex on a RWD truck, the torque will twist the flex pipe and probably break it. Your truck should already have other methods of relieving the strain, mostly in the hangars. So I would say there would be little practical use for a flex pipe on your vehicle. If you are trying to use a flex pipe to make a bend or tailpipe, stop right there. Flex pipes are not meant to be used that way, and they will break from that kind of use. For bends, use bent pipe.

I guess that answered my question. Back to the old drawing board.

I decided to try it anyway. All it could do was break. So far so good.
