I just today finished repairing all the little problems with my "new to me" 1999 F250 4x4 PSD supercab long bed, wich i only paid $4000.
I installed a new clock spring this morning and fixed my horn and cruise but i do not have a cruise "on" light and my 4x4 "low range" light doesnt come on on the cluster.
Does antbody have any ideas?
The '99 doesn't have a "cruise on" light. It's in the newer PCM's. The spot is in the dash. some even have a light bulb. It just isn't programmed in the '99's PCM.
As far as your low range light, I'm not sure. Maybe a bulb. Start with the easiest fix first. I'm sure someone smarter than me will be on soon.

You can upgrade the PCM to a newer PCM that will give you your cruise light. As to the 4X4 light, chances are the bulb is blown because I have a E99 and mine works.
