shift kit questions

shift kit questions
for an e4od, what is a good shift kit out there? I have seen both kits that replace that valve springs or something, and a "shift improver" by B&M, its purely electrical. Does anyone have suggestions of what kind\brand to get? How much would it be to get one installed, or are they not too hard to do yourself?

well i have a E40D that i installed a B&M ShiftPlus
shift improver on and im very pleased with it it has
the 3 settings (stock)-(firm)-(extra firm)very easy to
install took me about 10 min. to hook up two wires and
run the switch im suprised it took all that shift overlap
out, and the good thing is you don't have to mess with that
valve body, now i couldent live without it,and it has been a
little better than 10K miles and no problems yet hope this helps
