Studs, Gaskets, Paint...done, for now

It's been about a month since my engine was whoofing boost through the intake. After narrowing it down to what cylinder(s) were the problem, I diagnosed head gasket time.
So after removal and disassembly you can see my problem in the pic below

.
Note the coloration and wetness in the 2 cylinders lacking combustion.

Blown from cylinder to cylinder. The other side also had signs of falure in the fire ring.
So I wound up ordering from Summit the stud kit and a gasket kit, updated guide seals, cooler orings, and a thermostat from International. I also replaced the injectors with G code and replaced the pump from Pensacola Diesel. A month later after all the parts came in I ended up with this.

I was pretty lucky with this since there are low miles on it and everything was in good shape to put back together. No worn guides or cracked heads or any other major replacement parts.
At the moment I'm running 12lbs boost and no visible smoke at wide open. After a few miles on it I'll be turning up the pump a bit to see a little color out the pipe.

Man thats nice. I have an oring set to do while I try to find some heads, both heads were cracked "to hell" as he put it. I did not find an oibvious head gasket failure like yours but Im guessing the cracked heads and onld gaskets were allowng the exhaust and cooloant passages to mingle.
