So as I was trying to wire in some new back up lights that I had purchased some time ago it seems to me I must have blown the fuse/relay to the back up lights.
This how my install went: hooked lights to rear of truck, plugged in the wires, ran them up to the drivers said tail light, tried wiring into both wires coming from back up light, back up lights worked both times extras did not, so I put the ground in another spot and tried again and no lights worked at all.
Im thinking at some point while under the truck putting the ground in another spot the 2 wires touched. Any help?
By looking at your modifications done to your truck in your signature, it seems like you've been around your truck a few times. But I'll be the first to ask the simple question of... "if you think a fuse is blown, did you check the fuse"? Sorry if I come off as being rude. Don't mean to be
I didnt have time to. I had to get to work. And im at work now so i cant just go check it. But if the wires did touch would it have just blown the fuse?
