D60 Carrier, Spider gear help

Ok, I have a Dana 60 front end that came with an open carrier, I have this Trac-loc carrier out of another one but it has 30 spline inner gears, as my front end is 35 spline. Can i get these changed out? Or would I be better off buying a whole new locker? I am tryng to find the cheepest way out of this.

The open carrier and the LS (limited slip) carrier are very different, and the side gears are not interchangeable.
In order to use you Trac loc in the front, you will have to re-build the entire thing and replace the side gears to accomodate 35 spline axles.
Has it been done? Yes, I have done this several times.
Is this the best solution? No, it is not the best solution, as the trac loc is not known to be the strongest unit available. The cross pin is small, and this unit only has two sipder gears, compared to others with 4 available spider gears.

Here are some pics of 35 spline side gears for use with a trac loc:

Should be able to see them real good there. They almost jumped clean out of the housing when everything broke.
