Yes, of course a DS out of balance can shake, However they don't just go out of balance unless something has happened... Like a weight falling off, Bent, Improper installation, Bad joints, loose or damaged yokes.

You could of hit something w the driveshaft to knock it out of balance to. Did you put the yolks back together the way the came apart? That is a common mistake

I installed the the u-joints (which were shot) and the trans mount correctly it feels a little better than before. I haven't hit any thing other than mud ?
