instrumentpanel lights

how do I change the instrument panel lights on my 78F250 I am new to fords so I am sorry if this sounds like a stupid question

I swapped out my bulbs and the left side of the cluster is still not lit.

My right side doesn't work anymore either. My right side and my hi-beam light.
It worked for a few days but not anymore, oh well.

The printer circuit on the back is most likely broken somewhere.
